How to place an order

Delivery

 All slide, negative and storage media will be sent by Air Mail. It takes around three days for processing and one week for shipping to most of the countries around the world. Speed delivery is possible at customer's cost.

Before sending any image files please read TIPs first!

35mm Slide / Negative Output
Send your order with the followings:

1. Type of output - Slide / Negative.
2. Quantity.
3. Any special requirement.
4. Your name and postal address.
5. Attachment of the picture file. 		By email to:

For sending photo file by email, please send in JPEG format. Please don't email file greater than 3MB/image (after JPEG compressed).

35mm Slide / Negative Scanning
Send you order with the followings:

1. Media type - email, 1.44M disk, MO, Zip... etc.
2. Output format - JPG, TIFF, BMP ...etc.
3. Any special requirement.
4. Your name and postal address.
5. Attachment of the slide / negative.

You may send your own disk to us, please see limitation for details. Please note if media other than email are chose, we will charge you extra cost for disk and shipping.		 By Postal to:

Payment

 Local customers (Hong Kong) please pay by bank transfer or crossed cheque, payable to "Accura Digital Imaging".

For oversea customers, credit card through Paypal (https://www.paypal.com) is accepted, we also accept cheque from most countries.
